Cancellation Policy: I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a full session charge at my discretion. Your commitment is important to your progress, and I'll always do my best to work with you.
Refund Policy: Your satisfaction is important to me. If you are not happy after your first session in a package, a refund for unused sessions may be issued upon request within one week (7 calendar days) from the date of your first session. Beyond that, refunds are generally not provided, but unused sessions may be transferred to someone else or credited toward future training within one year (365 days) of the original purchase date.
Photography: By clicking the button above to register for a fitness session with THE GOODBURN LLC, you acknowledge that photos and videos might be taken of you participating in physical activity during a session and then posted online to social media accounts associated with THE GOODBURN LLC. (But, like, if you're making a really weird face or something in a photo or video, Val will totally crop you out.)
